Dr. Layne Shelton

Dr. Layne Shelton graduated from the LSU Veterinary School in 2021 and worked locally in Baton Rouge for two years before relocating to Bellevue to live with her partner. She fell in love with the area, from the weather to the local culture, and has made Washington her new home. 

Practicing evidence based medicine grounded in research, Dr. Shelton strives to provide excellent, appropriate care whether it is preventative or treatment. She is currently expanding her surgical repertoire to better serve her patients. When she isn’t working, she is often found relaxing with her cats, or trying to keep them from turning her knitting and crochet projects into linear foreign bodies.
